In your true size it will be a compression fit for running jumping etc. IF you prefer less compression for walking, lifting etc you can go up one. You size off your bra band as follows-
XS 30/32. Small 34. Medium 36. Large 38. Xl 40. 1x 42. 2x 44. 3x 46.
